Todd Jochem, Ph.D. is the founder and Principal Architect of ai/r (air atelier), a boutique AI-native intelligence architecture studio. He holds the tenth robotics doctorate awarded by Carnegie Mellon's Robotics Institute, cofounded and grew two robotics-related companies in transportation and military robotics through successful exits, and has led teams at every level — from entry-level employees to mid-level managers, research scientists, and young athletes.
